An institutional behavior that can be identified in institutions, specifically those experiencing transformation is opposition by workers to transformations in the work atmosphere. Whether the institution is experiencing primary reconfiguration or is the process of transformation due to invariable inventiveness and development, workers may pull back and resist transformations, specifically if they do not comprehend the transformations.
